Currently, we do not have an indoor event space large enough for more than 25 people, so our event space for larger events is primarily outdoors.
Please inquire about your event details, date, and size to explore possibilities.
For events with fewer than 50 people – you are welcome to use the kitchens within your rented house.
Caterers for events/weddings over 50 people must use a self-contained caterer. There are no on-property commercially equipped kitchens.
Sterling Ridge Resort does not hold a liquor license, therefore alcoholic beverages can be brought in. If you choose to use bartenders, it is your responsibility to arrange that with the catering company.
If you would like to hold an event (dinner, cocktail hour, breakfast, etc.), prior approval is required. Groups of 25+ require an event contract and fee. The Pond House and Mansfield House are the only 2 units large enough for contracted events.
You only need to hire portable restrooms if your event exceeds 150 attendees.
There are no motorhomes, campers or tents (for camping) permitted on the property.
We do not allow bonfires anywhere on property. All fires must be contained in fire pits provided by Sterling Ridge Resort. Thank you for helping us protect our woodlands.
All entertainment, music, socializing, etc. must conclude by 11 pm and begin no earlier than 8 am due to resort quiet hours. These hours apply to all gatherings, even if the main event is held off-property.

Lodging includes two large houses and 24 cabins with limited dog-friendly units. Two-night minimum – extend your experience beyond just one day.

To ensure our guests with pet allergies have the opportunity to stay with us, we limit our dog guests to specific cabins and houses. Thank you for understanding.
