Events of 30 or more attendees must be hosted at our outdoor event space, and therefore can only be booked from mid-May through mid-October.

Events of 30 guests or less may take place year-round inside our Mansfield House. Please inquire about your event details, date, and size to explore possibilities.

Yes, if you wish to acquire these rental items for your event, you will need to rent them via an outside vendor. Please inquire about our preferred vendor list.

For events with fewer than 50 people, you are welcome to use the kitchens within the Mansfield House to cook your own meals. Events/weddings over 50 people must use a self-contained caterer. There are no on-property commercially equipped kitchens.

Sterling Ridge Resort does not hold a liquor license, therefore an insured bar caterer with a VT liquor license must be hired to serve any and all alcoholic beverages. Please inquire for more details and catering recommendations.

Yes. If you would like to host an event at Sterling Ridge (welcome dinner, cocktail hour, breakfast, etc.), prior approval is required. All events and gatherings must take place in the Mansfield House (30 guests or less) or at the Mansfield Site (30+ guests) and must be booked via contract with Sterling Ridge. Please inquire about event possibilities and pricing.

Yes! Sterling Ridge offers Room Blocks based on availability. A contract is required. Please inquire about room block availability, policies, and pricing.

You only need to hire portable restrooms if your event exceeds 50 attendees to supplement the 6 restrooms in the Mansfield House.

All entertainment, music, socializing, etc. must conclude by 11 pm and begin no earlier than 8 am due to resort quiet hours. These hours apply to all gatherings, even if the main event is held off-property.

To ensure our guests with pet allergies have the opportunity to stay with us, we limit our dog guests to specific cabins and houses. Thank you for understanding.
