Pet Policies at Sterling Ridge Resort

Below is our dog policy, please be sure to call us for availability.

  • $30 per night/dog
  • 2 dog limit per unit

To help us keep Sterling Ridge clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest, we kindly ask that all pet owners follow these guidelines during their stay:

  • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times while outdoors, even the extra friendly ones who think everyone came to Vermont to meet them.
  • Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in designated trash or dumpster areas. Cleanup bags are included in your dog welcome kit, with extras available at the main office.
  • Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture. If your pup insists on joining you, please use the protective sheet provided in your dog kit to help protect furniture and bedding.
  • Please do not use bath or pool towels for your dog. A designated dog towel is included in your welcome kit, and additional towels are available upon request.
  • If leaving your dog unattended in the cabin, please use a crate if needed to help prevent damage or excessive stress for your pet.

Additional Cleaning & Damage Fees

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our cabins, the following charges may apply if additional cleaning or repairs are required after your stay:

  • Excessive pet waste left around the cabin grounds: $50 cleaning fee
  • Soiled or damaged bath/pool towels: $50 cleaning fee
  • Additional furniture cleaning required: $75 cleaning fee
  • Cabin or property damages: Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and charged accordingly to the credit card on file
